Guys,
This is my first post here but I've been visiting this forum for quite some time now. I want to invest in Noida Expressway. I want to buy land there.
Please help me decide....
1. My budget is 30-35 Lacs (5 lacs cash and rest through LOAN)... Can I get loans on yamuna expressway plots.... ?
2. Is it safe to buy property there, As I'm residing in bangalore, I can't visit the site too often and I dont' want anyone to capture the plot in my absense... Unfortunately this is common in NCR...
3. Where can I get plots in this range.. ? and what are the best options available to me.
4. Is there anything like bank guarantee for plots... such that till the loan is finished, no-one can capture it.
Please help me guys...
